How the Minimum Order Is Counted

The minimum is 100 pcs per style and colorway. A style in two colourways is two runs, so plan 100 pcs for each.

  • By style: each cut (men's jersey, women's jersey, bib short) is its own style.
  • By colorway: each colour or print design inside a style is a separate run.
  • Sizes can be mixed: split the 100 pcs across the sizes you sell. Send the split with your inquiry.

Fabric rolls and dye lots set the real floor underneath this number. Our cycling jersey MOQ guide explains how.

Small Batch Questions, Answered

MOQ is counted per style and colorway: 100 pcs per style and colorway. Sizes can be mixed inside that run, so you can split the 100 pcs across the size range you actually sell.

Yes. Sizes are mixed within each style and colorway run. Send your size split with the inquiry and we confirm the grading and cut plan in the quotation.

Starting from an existing fit pattern normally keeps development time and cost lower than a fully new pattern. A new pattern gives you your own fit but adds development and sampling rounds. We tell you which route applies to your styles in the quotation.

Stock fabric is usually the better fit for small runs because it avoids dye-lot minimums and shortens lead time. Custom fabric gives more control over colour and handfeel but depends on mill minimums. See our MOQ guide for the fabric-level detail.

Yes, pre-production samples carry a fee that depends on the style, fabric and print. The amount and any credit against a bulk order are confirmed in your written quotation. Sampling takes about 7 days.

Sampling is about 7 days. Bulk production is typically 25-35 days after sample approval, depending on style count and print complexity.

Yes. Approved styles are kept on file, so a repeat order skips design and pattern work. Quantity and pricing for a repeat order are confirmed per order.
