Artwork File Checklist

Good production art saves a proofing round. The exact requirements depend on the print method, and we confirm them for your project.

  • Vector files where possible, so lines and logos stay sharp at print size.
  • Photos and raster art at high resolution for the printed size.
  • Fonts converted to outlines so text prints as designed.
  • Colour references as Pantone or HEX values, so we can match them on the fabric.
  • Logo position marked on the template for each garment.
  • Seam areas checked: keep key text and logos away from seams and zips.

Print Method Changes the Rules

Sublimation and screen printing treat colour, gradients and fine detail differently.
