Cycling Jersey Collection
Two ways to source — by riding scenario or by season & temperature. Every category is fully customizable, factory-direct and ready for low-MOQ batch supply.
Built for Every Type of Ride
Road Cycling Jersey — Race Fit
Aerodynamic low-drag silhouette, full-length zipper and three rear pockets. Built for racing and high-intensity training where every watt counts.
Road Cycling Jersey — Club Fit
Relaxed comfort cut — never restrictive, never bunches up. Ideal for group rides, club training and long commutes that span hours, not minutes.
Road Cycling Jersey — Aero Fit
Streamlined cut that balances raw speed with all-day comfort. The middle ground for riders who race weekends and ride hard on weekdays.
MTB Mountain Bike Jersey
Durable, abrasion-resistant fabric with drop-shoulder pattern. Engineered for trail, enduro and rough terrain — takes the hits, keeps the fit.
Gravel Cycling Jersey
Multi-functional composite fabric: scratch-resistant, breathable and lightly windproof. Built for all-terrain endurance and long unsupported routes.
Commuter / Urban Jersey
Minimalist daily look with hidden quick-dry tech and reflective detailing. Doubles as cycling kit and city-wear without screaming "lycra".
Sourced for the Climate Your Customers Ride In
Summer Short Sleeve Jersey
Ultra-thin mesh, high-wicking and maximum breathability. Engineered for hot-weather riding and summer commuting where airflow wins.
Long Sleeve Jersey · Spring & Fall
Lightweight UV protection with micro-breathable fabric. Cool early-morning and late-evening rides without overheating mid-session.
Thermal Fleece Jersey · Fall & Winter
Brushed-fleece interior locks in heat; windproof front fabric blocks chill at speed. Built for low-temperature riding without bulk.
Sleeveless Jersey / Vest
Minimalist, ultra-breathable design — perfect for peak summer heat, indoor training sessions and as a layering piece under shells in shoulder seasons.
Windproof / Rain Jersey
Waterproof coating layered onto windproof fabric. Keeps riders dry and on-bike on rainy and gusty days when most jerseys would call it a session.
Craftsmanship Standards & Materials
A cycling jersey is only as good as the seam, the stitch and the fiber. Here is what we control, batch after batch, so your reorders never feel like a different product.
Six Process Controls That Don't Drift
3D Cut & Drape
Three-dimensional ergonomic patterning that follows the riding posture — chest, shoulders and back contour-fit, not flat-pattern guesswork.
Seamless Bonding
Wash-resistant and wear-resistant bonded seams. Zero variance between samples and bulk — first piece off the line matches the 5,000th.
Stitching Technology
High-elastic, abrasion-resistant thread at 8–10 stitches per cm. Stitch-count tolerance held to ±1 per cm so seams stretch with the rider, not against them.
Edge Locking
Hems, cuffs and lower edges receive a double bound-and-locked treatment, preventing fraying and curl after repeat washing and intensive use.
Trim Bonding
Zippers and hook-and-loop trims are heat-pressed and reinforce-stitched. Care labels are heat-transfer or hidden — no scratchy itch on long rides.
Print / Heat Transfer
Eco-grade sublimation or screen printing, colorfast through 30+ wash cycles. Compliant with EU eco-textile standards out of the box.
Six Engineered Fibers, Blended for Riders
Polyester
Workhorse fiber for sublimation-printed jerseys. High color retention, fast moisture transfer and cost-stable supply for batch production.
Spandex (Lycra)
Adds high-recovery elasticity. Critical for race-fit jerseys — keeps the panel taut, prevents flapping at high speeds and never bags out at the elbows.
Nylon (Polyamide)
Higher tensile strength than polyester with a softer hand-feel. Preferred for MTB and gravel jerseys where falls, brush and pack-rub are part of the deal.
Polypropylene
Pushes moisture outward instead of holding it. Used in summer mesh jerseys and base-layer constructions where dry-on-skin feel matters most.
Merino Wool
Naturally temperature-regulating and odor-resistant. Premium choice for spring/fall and winter-base jerseys where multi-day wear matters.
Cellulose Fiber
Plant-derived fibers with a silky hand-feel and excellent moisture absorption. Anchors eco-line and commuter jersey ranges with strong sustainability narrative.
